Welcome to Jeenwood! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.
Return Policy
You have 7 business days from the date you receive your furniture to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact our customer support team. Kindly include your order number and reason for return.
Furniture items that are customized or made to order are not eligible for returns.
Refund Policy
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Damaged or Defective Items
If the product you received is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage.
We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund once the issue is verified.
