Shipping Locations

We currently ship our products across India. Delivery availability may vary depending on your location and product type.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation.
Customized or made-to-order furniture may require additional processing time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 5–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 7–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 10–14 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics delays, or regional restrictions.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be calculated at checkout and clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

In some cases, free shipping may be offered on selected products or during promotional periods.

Delivery Process

Furniture items are delivered through our trusted logistics partners.
Delivery will be made to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure your address and contact details are accurate.

For large furniture items:

  • Delivery will be made to the ground floor or building entrance, unless otherwise specified.

  • Assembly services, if available, will be mentioned on the product page.

Damaged or Missing Items During Shipping

Please inspect your order at the time of delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement or suitable resolution after verification.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to track your shipment.

Shipping Delays

Jeenwood is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Natural disasters

  • Transport strikes

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

However, we will always assist you in tracking and resolving delivery issues.
